In a public service announcement, Greater Tzaneen Municipality (GTM) has informed media representatives that the licensing services at the municipality are yet again disrupted.
The disruption this time, however, is due to a network problem with Telkom, and is affecting vehicle license renewals, vehicle registrations, etc..
It is only the main building at the municipality which has been affected, the testing stations are still fully operational according to announcement.
They also notified that the post office is also experiencing problems.
GTM will inform the public the moment the services resume. In the meantime, the public can contact the municipality on 015 307 8000 or alternatively contact Andre Liversage (Licensing Manager) on 082 804 6010 to verify the resumption of the service, on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00.
GTM would also like to apologise for any inconvenience that this situation might cause residents.
